You’re tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed and weighed down by painful experiences, and are ready for deep relief.

Do any of these sound familiar?

You know that there are things from the past that are impacting you today, but the thought of adding one more commitment to your already chaotic and exhausting schedule feels overwhelming and counter-productive. Therapy is supposed to be healing, and sitting in weekly sessions feels like the opposite of healing.

Your existing weekly therapy is helpful, but you spend the first 15-20 minutes checking in on what happened over the past week, and you feel like there’s not enough time to get into what’s really going on inside.

Months or years of therapy have taught you how to recognize and cope with the symptoms you experience today, but you’re ready to finally process the past and experience real healing.

You’re ready for something that gives you noticeable progress, and resolves the root cause of the distress you’ve been experiencing.

This is where EMDR intensive therapy comes in…

EMDR Intensive Therapy can help you heal the past faster, and spark a brighter future.

EMDR Intensive Therapy is an evidence-based approach to EMDR therapy that rewires how your brain responds to trauma in a shorter amount of time.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Healing doesn’t have to take months or years. You can experience lasting healing in just a few days.

What does EMDR Intensive Therapy look like?

  • Prepare

Following a consultation call and commitment, your journey to healing begins with an intake or preparation session, where we will discuss your history, goals, and what to expect.
This helps ensure you feel safe and ready for the process.

  • Process

Next, you’ll have three hours to process and resolve one or multiple stressors, with breaks to keep you grounded and comfortable.
During these sessions, we’ll use guided techniques to help your brain process painful or overwhelming memories so they no longer feel as distressing.
You won’t have to relive every detail of your past, but instead, we’ll work on shifting how those memories affect you.
Many people start to feel relief even after the first day.

  • Integrate

Finally, we’ll have a follow-up session to check in, help you integrate what you’ve processed, and make sure you feel steady moving forward.
By the end, many people feel lighter, more in control, and ready to move forward with more peace and clarity.

Is EMDR intensive therapy actually worth the time and investment?

Comparing the costs

Most people attend 50–60 minute sessions once a week for months or even years. If sessions cost $200-$250 each, that adds up to $800-$1,000 per month or $9,600-$12,000 per year—and deep healing can take a long time.
A structured intensive, like EMDR intensive therapy, condenses this work into focused three-hour sessions over just a few days. While the upfront cost is higher, many people experience breakthroughs in a fraction of the time, reducing the need for long-term weekly therapy.

What you’re paying for

Weekly therapy often involves spending the first part of each session “catching up” and getting back into deep work before the session ends.
An intensive eliminates that stop-and-start cycle, allowing you to dive deep and stay in the healing process without losing momentum.
Instead of paying for months of slow progress, an intensive gives you faster, more concentrated results, which can ultimately save money and emotional energy.

At the end of the day, it’s more than just cost — it’s about value

If you could feel lighter, calmer, and more in control in days instead of months, would it be worth the investment? How much would it mean to have relief sooner rather than waiting for progress over time? Intensives help you move forward sooner, reducing the emotional toll that comes with ongoing distress.

While weekly therapy is a great option for some, EMDR Intensive Therapy is designed for those who want deep, lasting results in a shorter amount of time—often making it the more valuable investment overall.

Lasting relief, quickly.
